Hello fellow 3D printing enthusiasts,

I would like to introduce my newly developed stacking system for sorting organizers.

The system is designed so that multiple boxes can be stacked stably on top of each other. They are easy to assemble and just as easy to disassemble if needed. I printed the whole thing with the Bambu Lab A1, whereby I had to divide the system into four individual parts. These are assembled using suitable dowels. The connection holds very well both inserted and glued - both work reliably.

The sorting boxes inserted into the system can easily be loaded with up to 5 kg without the stacking system warping or bending.

A special feature: The boxes are inserted so that they cannot fall out simply by tilting. To remove them, they must be slightly lifted - so everything is safely stowed away and yet easily removable.

Currently I have printed two of these stacking modules - more will follow. You are welcome to use the settings stored in the slicer - the print works excellently with them. Of course, I would also be pleased to receive suggestions for improvement from you professionals: If you have optimized print settings, please let me know in the comments - I will gladly adjust them.

I also plan to design further stacking systems for other boxes and will of course share them here as well.

I hope I was able to introduce my project well. If you have questions, suggestions or feedback, please feel free to write them in the comments. I would of course also be very pleased about a rating!

Thank you very much and happy printing!
