Description
I created this beautiful hydraulic arm for a school project of mine. It works very well. Now I'll list the things to do:
- print the arm and hand shapes
- Get 10 syringes 5mL with the appropriate tubes for the connections
- get a wooden board for the base
- Get some wood screws, x2 threaded rods of your choice of size, x8 bolts suitable for the threaded rod you use
- fix the pz0 to the base with screws
- drill the pz0 to pass the threaded rod through (drill the holes in such a way as not to let pz1 touch pz0)
- drill the pz1 in the lower part ALWAYS ALIGNED WITH THE HOLES OF PZ0
- drill the pz1 in the upper part to pass the second threaded rod
- drill the pz2 to lower the threaded rod (make the holes aligned with those of the upper pz1)
- assemble everything by putting the pieces in place and inserting the threaded rods fixed by the bolts to be placed on the outside
- then you place the syringes and insert the water inside the tubes too and you tidy everything up, obviously you will place the rings in the appropriate supports that you will print based on how many you need
- to create the hand assemble the pieces of the hand folder and screw the hand onto pz3 in the lower part (opposite to the small hook above)
