Bicycle Tool Bottle

A water bottle tool holder for road or mountain bikes.

I created this model because commercially available ones didn't meet my size requirements and repeatedly lost their caps during bumpy descents.

This bottle comfortably holds an inner tube, a small pump, a multi-tool, a gas refill, and a tire lever. The cap, when screwed on, is secure and won't pop off, as the bottle doesn't deform when the emergency kit is inside.

I've published two models:

• One for printing in PETG or PLA with a minimum bottle thickness to keep the bottle lightweight.
• One for printing in TPU with a 3mm increased thickness and a non-slip textured surface.

The cap is the same for both versions, and I suggest printing it in PETG or PLA, even for the TPU version.

I'm also including a file where the cap features the Wilier Triestina logo, which I prepared for my bike.

For printing, only supports inside the bottle are needed to support the overhang before the threading. Everything else requires no supports.

I printed using PETG for better weather and stress resistance, but I also tested PLA with no significant differences.
