Description
After importing into Bambu Suite, the layer colors will change. Red indicates laser fill engraving, green indicates laser line engraving, and orange indicates laser line cutting.
Use 3MM basswood that is not full thickness for cutting; the actual thickness is around 2.8 millimeters.
If the dowels do not fit, slightly sand the dowels or enlarge the model to make the holes 2.6mm before cutting again; the current size is 2.5mm.
After cutting, apply a coat of varnish to prevent deformation after contact with water.
Remove unnecessary portions from the top layer and detach the dowels; two are spares.
Insert six dowels by passing them through the recesses in the upper layer and fitting them into the holes in the lower layer.
