As shown in the figure, the inner fastener passes through the outer tire and is fixed to the car body (may require tapping with a tool), the design has clearance, allowing it to be tapped in as far as possible, the tire will not get stuck, finally, insert the wheel hub molding (just needs to be flush with the outer tire, do not push it in further)
