Panadas are typical Sardinian preparations, small savory tarts, that can be filled with various ingredients, especially vegetables. Once they are ‘closed’ with a ‘lid’ always made of dough, it’s difficult to understand the filling inside. These stamps solve the problem; just ‘stamp’ the dough lid before baking.

You can fix the knob on the back of the stamp with a little glue.
