This clock is approximately 220 mm in diameter and 23mm thick.
 

Almost any clock mechanism should work as long as the threaded shaft is 8-10mm long at a minimum and less then 60mm square. I purchase my clock mechanisms on AliExpress. You can also find them Amazon but they are a little bit more expensive.

You will have to search for some clock hands as these clock mechanisms do not come with hands.
