Description
My latest fidget is something a bit different - it is inspired by a tank track which allows for a few different modes of tactile feedback.
- spin the track quickly in either direction
- slowly rock the track back and forth
- place track in palm of your hand (or hands) and spin
- asymmetrical shape allows different holding positions.
NOTE: the track may be a bit stiff immediately off the printer. Simply turn the track around the core a few times squeezing with slight pressure and it should loosen up quickly.
NOTE: depending on personal preference or filament type the track may be too loose (for some it even falls off). There is a set of profiles with “Tighter Tolerances” in the name you can try if this is the case. I recommend the original profiles first.
The different profiles offer different inner-core designs.
