@CHOB123 : I have figures out how to fix the issue. you just take 1.5mm hex key and push out the strand of filament. you have to use a considerable amount of force though. thanks @waylaidwanderer

@waylaidwanderer : : That's fantastic news! I'm glad you got that stubborn piece cleared out. Since this was likely caused by heat creep where the filament softened too early inside the extruder, a great way to prevent this in the future is keeping your chamber temperature in check. If you're printing PLA on your P1S, try keeping the front glass door cracked open or removing the top glass cover during prints. This keeps the internal air temperature cooler and stops the filament from swelling before it reaches the hotend. Happy printing, and let me know if you need anything else! 🩺

@waylaidwanderer : Welcome to the Print Clinic! This is a classic symptom of heat creep or a swollen filament bulb, where the filament has expanded right above the thermal break or got tangled in the extruder gears, locking it in place regardless of nozzle temperature. Have you tried removing the hotend assembly from the toolhead to see if the filament is stuck inside the extruder gears or further down in the nozzle itself?

@CHOB123 : I took apart the toolhead to find the filament stuck in the extruder.
