Love this! I blacked out the entire HAVP puck and made a couple adjustments like an updated bottom piece that let me use the rubber feet from the puck and punched a hole in the casing directly below the speaker port. The upgraded speaker is a night and day difference compared to the original. I wrapped it in speaker cloth too, so it sounds very clear and not muffled like some others mentioned. Super happy with it, I'll be making at least one more
