I designed a wallet-sized holder that carries just enough coins to make any amount of change. I found an optimal coin layout that barely fit within the area of a credit card. It uses snap fits and flextures to accommodate both new and worn coins while maintaining a slim profile. The final design is about 2.8mm thick which should be practical for most wallets.
