Definitely not a headache, very simple print! (ignore the background) Just kidding :) Had to give 5 stars- the design is awesome and I love it. I did have some trouble though, so maybe this helps someone else. Box: black generic PLA Lid & knob: Smoke Grey Transparent “High Speed PETG” Planning to print the larger box next and might update with more info then. What didn’t work: Letting PETG cool too long. Tried twice—no luck. The successful one only cooled ~2 minutes. Also, maybe “High Speed PETG” wasn’t ideal—could be more brittle? Massaging the lid into a curve didn't seem to work either. I broke one attempting this. Just let the bend of the box do the work. What worked: Printing slightly hotter (+5°C) on the lid helped; might be coincidence but worth trying. And most importantly: insert SLOWLY and CAREFULLY. Some hexagons snag on the lip—lightly prying it back helped them slide into place.
