🍌 Banana Bread (Step-by-step list) 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) 2. Grease a loaf pan 3. Mash 3 ripe bananas in a bowl 4. Mix in 1/3 cup melted butter 5. Add 1/2 cup sugar 6. Crack in 1 egg and add 1 tsp vanilla extract 7. Stir in 1 tsp baking soda and a pinch of salt 8. Add 1 1/2 cups flour 9. Mix until just combined (don’t overmix) 10. Pour batter into loaf pan 11. Bake for 50–60 minutes 12. Check with toothpick (should come out clean) 13. Let cool 10–15 minutes 14. Slice and eat 👍
