I made this CPAP mask hook because I was tired of leaving my mask on the floor or nightstand, it always got in the way or ended up on the ground. This hook just slides over the headboard and keeps everything right where I need it. Super simple.
I’ve included 5 different sizes (30mm up to 90mm) to fit different headboards. Printed mine in PLA at 0.24mm layer height and it’s been holding up great

Printed perfectly, very smooth. I wanted tighter tolerances so I scaled the inner race 0.15mm larger in diameter to achieve a tighter fit.

Scaled it down to fit my needs. I printed with the 0.08 preset. Slowed down speeds and accel. I used epoxy to keep the paperclip in place.
Perfect print no issues.
