Its shape was inspired by the silhouette of a beetle, giving it both functionality and character. The Video Slingshot is lightweight (under 10g), support-free, and easy to print. It comes with a set of printable projectiles, and all you need to get it working is a standard rubber band.

I’m excited to share this project I designed during my third year of Industrial Design studies. The idea behind this design was to explore how proportions based on the golden ratio (Φ ≈ 1.618) can create visual balance and simplicity.
