I designed this soldering station because most DIY C245/C210 stations on the market are battery-powered. Personally, I prefer using an AC-DC power supply so I don’t have to deal with charging, replacing batteries, or declining battery performance over time. That’s why this project was created — a simple, reliable, AC-powered C245/C210 soldering station.
