Resurrection Eggs for your Easter egg huntHe Is Risen! This Easter holiday, I wanted to model a fun and creative way to be able to walk my children through the events of Holy week. I had seen resurrection eggs before, but I cannot get them in my region, so I set out to create my own. On easter, I will let my kids hunt for the eggs and after all of them have been found, we will sit down and open them one by one based on the number written on them. Each egg contains an item related to a par of the story. Here is the break down of how the eggs tells the story. Eggs 1-12:            (Item in the egg)                                                   (Representation and verse)The Donkey and the palm leaf.
