Gedruckt in Bambu Lab PETG-CF. Vielen Dank für ein hervorragendes Modell! Ich habe den Schnorchel länger gemacht, aufgrund der Höhe meiner Standbohrmaschine (+4 Glieder). Auch habe ich Filzgleiter in die Klemmspange geklebt um ein leichtes, nervtötendes Vibrationsgeräusch bei hohen Drehzahlen abzustellen.
Zusammenbau via Klemmzwinge und einem Hauch von Allzweckfett im unteren Konusteil...., einen Hauch!
Es hat alles super geklappt, die Paßform und der Druck sind top!

Einzig die Paßform des Gehäuses für die Muttern müsste noch etwas verbessert werden, da diese frei drehend sind und bei Montage mit einem Schraubendreher geklemmt werden mussten (siehe Bild 7). Aber wen kümmert diese Makulatur bei diesem tollen Modell - es ist ja leicht lösbar gewesen.

Printed in Bambu Lab PETG-CF. Thank you very much for an excellent model! I made the snorkel longer, due to the height of my drill press (+4 links). I also glued felt glides into the clamp to eliminate a slight, annoying vibration noise at high speeds.
Assembly via clamp and a touch of all-purpose grease in the lower cone part... just a touch!
Everything worked great, the fit and print are top-notch!

Only the fit of the housing for the nuts needs to be improved a bit, as they are freely rotating and had to be clamped with a screwdriver during assembly (see picture 7). But who cares about this minor issue with such a great model - it was easily solvable.
