Working on new stuff! This is one of the products that I’m designing for my uni thesis, which is going to be about online file sharing platforms and how they can give visibility to independent designers. Right now I’m waiting for a new extruder gear for my A1 mini, cause the original one has done enough and decided it wanted to become smooth 😅. Ok, so, since I couldn’t fall asleep I decided to try and rework the logo for my page. Apart from being designed with some actual proptional rules, I intentionally made it more geometric to facilitate printing, but I think it also adds a bit of character. I substituted the asterisk with what may appear as a random shape, but if you squint your eyes and turn your head 90 degrees counterclockwise it’s supposed to complete the shape of a d, together with the top part of the f. This is just an idea for now, and if I actually go ahead with the update it will take me some time to edit all of the models and print profiles so I wanted to do a survey to see if you like it! Any other suggestion is welcome. I also wanted to thank every single one of you who has downloaded my models, even if I’m still small on the platform it has been an incredibly rewarding journey!
