I’ve always liked the grounding technique because it’s such a simple way to calm down and refocus. But I thought it would be even better to have a tactile version you could actually hold. That’s why I designed this 3D printed version — it’s not just a visual reminder of the 5-4-3-2-1 steps, but also something solid and calming to touch when you need it.
