My father-in-law uses a Jazzy Ultra Light power wheelchair to move around after a serious accident. However, the small town he lives in has extremely poor accessibility, so the chair's footrest was getting caught almost every time he went to cross streets. Many of those events almost cause the chair to tip over and required immediate intervention of his caregiver to avoid an accident. Well...this fixes that. And I'm sharing it in the hopes it will help someone else too.
