ive seen people post that they got a gift card but then bambu lab told them request denied and didnt get there points back does anyone know how to prevent

i have a hack to win the greek mythyoligy contest go to greece then go to a museum and take a picture of everything you see

i was saving up for the clock kit i finally got the goal i pressed redeem and the next day bambu lab said sorry you cant have this or something like that and i didnt get the kit or my points back does anyone know how to prevent this or knows why it happens

i was trying to get the clock kit and i finally had enough points for it so i redeemed it and like a day later they said redeem declined or something like that and lost 88 points does anyone know why

i dont understand if i get makers beginer kit i get 99% off anything??
