I wanted a simple printable cat spring that did not need a pile of supports and did not waste material. Most of what I found online was either messy to print or just not what I wanted, so I designed my own and iterated it through several test prints. This final version prints without supports, uses minimal filament, and gives a nice lightweight bounce for cat play. I made a few geometry refinements along the way to improve print stability and overall print quality.

Just released a new tool under the AXIS line of Engineered Modern shop fixtures. This Corner Clamp is designed to hold panels at a precise 90° during assembly, but the geometry also allows it to work on both inside and outside corners, which makes it surprisingly flexible when building cabinets, drawers, or boxes. I tried to keep the structure efficient and purposeful — removing unnecessary material while keeping the clamp rigid where it matters.

Just published the first piece in the HELIX system under Engineered Modern. The focus for HELIX is surface interaction in wet environments — controlled drainage, elevated contact, and clean internal geometry. Sink Tray 01 is the starting point. More to follow.
