Bio
After graduating High School in 2003 I set out with the goal of being able to make anything. Whether it be out of metal, wood, fabric, food, words, whatever it may be, I wanted to know that I had experience enough to make it, and make it well. I think I've progressed pretty well towards my goal in the preceding 23 years, but with the proliferation of additive manufacturing the potential to make anything that pops into my head has blown up exponentially.

Dummy 13 reminds me so much of my childhood and the fun that I had with my GI Joes, I just could not let the lack of Dummy 13 vehicles continue! Jeeps, cars, and tanks were the best part of giant action figure battles in the yard. I designed this to be a robust addition to any kid's toy box that would actually last. My hope was that I could design something enjoyable on it own, but that also inspired further customization and creation by others, the same as Soozafone has done with his model.

I needed something simple to get some heat set insert experience before committing to a large print that needed them, I was also trying to repurpose the computer that I had left over after a failed OPNSense build attempt. The two problems ended up solving one another. It's a simple print that I think will make it super simple for anyone upgrading the wifi on a Lenovo tiny PC to utilize both antennas that come with modern m.2 WIFI chips.

I set out to make a woodsy/rustic planter pot to test out these new texture tools that are coming out, but once the print was done I knew it needed a lid. I'm actually pretty happy with it, it's my first successful two-piece design and it has a pretty satisfying "click" when closing and opening. It was also my first attempt at including my logo on the bottom of my print, that was a surprising success as well.

This was the first print on my new P1S (my first printer ever) and I couldn't be happier. Fast print and smoother than I would have thought possible.
