I thought it might be fun to have a FOR RENT sign for my birdhouse. We are in Southern California so I have a ridiculous price for the “studio nest” at $2850 (lol). I know that real estate prices tend to vary so I made a few different options with that in mind. If you don't see one that suits you, go ahead and select the blank one and have at it! I do hope that any other “landlords” of birdhouses can have a little bit of fun with this one.

You can't always upgrade your bike but you can upgrade the logo. I used to ride a Santa Cruz Heckler back in the day and now I'm just a heckler... on a non-Santa Cruz e-bike. It's okay to judge. I imagine that seeing my ride with a SC logo will turn some heads on the trails and cause a little bit of confusion but this is the stuff that a heckler lives for.
