@TardusGradium : The worst part is that they take most of the "Toys&Games" section to the point where you can't see any games. They should be seperate sections.

@jrojas28 : All kids are different. Just like some would rather play with the box vs the toy, a static model that is attractive enough could be engaging enough for a child. Same if it has, say, lights or something.
The implication here is like saying a crib mobile is not a toy because the kid can't pick it up and play
