I designed this EV cable charger hanger as I wanted something that printed relativley quickly compared to other models, didnt have screw holes in the plug section (which seemed like a design flaw to me) and that looked aesthetically pleasing. The cable hanger overhangs the plug section from three directions that provides more protection to the plug. The plug adapter is a tight fit and incorporates an internal seal again to prevent dirt, liquid and debris ingres

I needed a replacement cover for my electric vehicle charger and so I designed and printed this. I have uploaded to here so others can do the same. It is a snug fit, this is deliberate to stop the ingress of dirt and debris. I hope to soon design and print a cable holder based on the same design.

My wife wanted somewhere safe to keep her rings whilst playing rugby. She also wanted something that opened easy with cold hands and looked aesthetically pleasing. So I designed and printed this jewelry case that attaches to a keyring. You place your jewelry inside and there is a threaded lid to keep them secure.

Designed and printed this for a friend for use as a door sign. Printed using a 0.2mm nozzle for detail but can be printed with 0.4mm. Can be scaled up for a larger sign. I have provided a blank version here as I am unable to offer custom text. But you can add your own text in the Bambu Slicer or just leave it blank.

My wife saw a book tracker on Tik Tok and liked the idea but not the style. So I designed and made this 3d printable one that can be used as either a sign on a wall or a stand-alone piece. Each time you read a book add it to the yearly tally.

I bought a heated clothes dryer and I had had it for around six months before it broke. The issue was that when you load the extending arms with wet clothes the cheap plastic tab snaps. I tried quite a few designs to try and get something workable and now I think I have found something that will work well.

I wanted to securely display my pocket watch on my desk. So I designed this model. I also designed it to be parametric so that you can display your own watch, which may differ in size.

I wanted a way to display my challenge coins in a stand. I noticed there was a lack of parametric models available so I made a parametric stand that can be customised to fit the number, size and thickness of the coins you have.

I have been continuously seeking a method to track filament usage. My initial prototype, while promising, had flaws. After discovering the AS5600 magnetic rotary encoder chip, I revised my approach. By integrating the chip with the extruder wheel, i could determine fialment usage direct from the extruder. This design also allowed me to create a more compact system and incorporate a screen for real-time visualization of filament usage.

As much as I wanted to 3D print a set of soldering helping hands, I didn't think they would be durable or flexible enough. So, I bought a set from Amazon UK that came with a metal base and sturdier arms. I then printed a solid base for it, which included a slot for a 120mm computer fan to vent solder fumes to a well-ventilated room. I then thought about adding Gridfinity compatibility so it could slot into my Gridfinity solder station.

I needed a gasket for a computer fan so I printed one out of TPU. It is 2.5mm thick and fits a standard 120x120 computer fan.

I wanted a low friction spool holder. I didnt want a 3d printed spool arm as I was worried that this may fail under a 1kg spool, so I wanted to use the exisiting bambu spool arm. So I came up with this idea that used 6705zz bearings. This brought down the print time in comparison to the other options out there and also meant that the spool did'nt interfere with the PTFE arm. This solution is perfect for printing with TPU, but can be used for any spool of filament.

My friends are going to disney so wanted to give them something special to remember the trip.
