I can't be the only one who sees a new tool on YouTube and thinks, “Ohhh, I need that. How have I lived so long without that. It's made in Germany? Ohhh… Must have that.”
This is a Gridfinity tray for “that”. It's a Mitre Cutter made by Lowe in Germany. What does it do? Well, it cuts perfect miter angles in plastic, wood, etc.
You know you need this unnecessary tool also. May as well print the Gridfinity tray to go with it….#Sharing Makes #Newmodel(Edited)

I'm pretty happy about my latest design. It is another gridfinity box, but designed for small parts and has a glass window. The glass window is a microscope slide inserted part way through the print. I used this glass window before on my H2D poop chute and it worked great. It works even better here.#Sharing Makes #Newmodel(Edited)

Anyone have one of those 4" Mini Mighty Mite Table Saws?
I've had this for a few years and rarely used it because you have to take off all the accessories in order for it to fit in the original box. With this case, the saw is mounted to the base of the case and all you have to do is take off the top and plug it in. I've added convenient storage for extra saw blades and for the miter gauge. This is not a powerful saw, but for cutting small plastics and similar items, it can be useful.(Edited)

Printing with Glass
Printing with Glass? Maybe I misunderstood how to use glass fiber-reinforced filament... Either way, its full of poop.I had been printing with translucent filament and not getting the results I wanted. I had some unused microscope slides and with a little work in Fusion was able to add a slot for a “glass window” in my chute bin. I'm sure this has been done before, but I thought it turned out pretty well. I have a few more ideas now to pursue. Just sharing in case it gives anyone else some ideas as well.
