While designing my Vault-Tec Industries Lightbox in OnShape, I stumbled upon a half-finished project for a Nuka Cola Cap Lightbox and immediately saw its potential for the 0.2mm Nozzle contest.

To create these Caps, you'll need the AMS and there are several options to choose from: a solid red background, one with an outer ring and then silver or grey edges.

For optimal printing, it's advisable to print multiples simultaneously. Adding another cap will only increase the total print time by 15 to 16 minutes. Although it will print with a 0.4mm nozzle, the sharpness may not be as pronounced. Personally, I prefer printing on a textured PEI build plate to enhance the wasteland aesthetics and conceal any imperfections. Don't forget to thoroughly clean your build plate with warm water and dish soap for proper bed adhesion.
