I wanted to add a X-Touch screen to the side of my screen, I have previously running the flat\parallel screen by CUBEIFY and like the look, as well as making the screen easier to see in the rack that houses my printer.

I tried the mount by bri0nac's remix but screen hangs over the door area (I have the P1S upgrade kit still to install), so decided to mix the two models, I used the basic dimensions from CUBEIFY's model but remade it to make it cleaner, the screen mount and back plate from bri0nac's models were incorporated and the rest remodelled.

I added a notch if you want to try routing the cable back in via the front, my cable is a little too large so I am running in via the right top hole for now.

You can run it without the backplate, the rear is closed against the case, but nice just to keep dust out. As per the original you need 2.5M screws, 8mm-10mm with the backplate. I did open the head recess to accept up to 6mm heads.
