This time I decided to make a wheel loader model. Modeling took me about two days, another two days to print individual parts.Arm works identically to the real loader, the wheels rotate.

I wanted to love this so bad. me and kids trying to put this together but honestly this is a selfish model only meant to please the designer. no instructions but whatever I can figure it out then everything has to be glued and it's like ridiculous not even making dimples or give any assistance in gluing the pieces in spot. even if making for self it's crazy not to take the time. I never wanted to smash a model so bad and curse the maker when I saw that I had to glue the hydraulic joint that required me to create a backer for just to glue right. why was this stupid because it could have been one piece. literally no benefit to having it separated other than color. again absolutely no design in connecting that piece. picture of the absurd piece. I never complain. the designer doing this for free but again even if doing for self why , why WhY make your life harder with 5 seconds in cad you can create connections to make gluing easier and faster. edit: And now I am officially done with the model. the piece I took a picture of....yep I can't get the dang axel in there now that it's glued. wonder what could prevented my mistake? if only I had a document that gave order of operations. I am smasking and moving on with my life. honestly thanks for what you do but this one is not for me.

While I can fully agree with you on the constructional deficiencies of this model, which hampher the ease of building and final esthetics of the model, one needs to take into account, Mikołaj is a student that has just started creating the models. One should treat the released models as version 1 or even 0.5. What counts for me, they do work as expected (you got the item on the picture wrong), even if assembly is complicated for the lack of dedicated manual (use the picture in the model description, not the pictures above, as it shows the exploded view, even if still hard to follow). I really hope, Mikołaj will move to version 2 of those models, taking ito account actual construction rules, as at the moment he is cutting them as they are and gluing them together is a bit of the nightmare (I have just completed Peterbilt, which is box by box and there is no supports for joinging parts together. I really admire his work and with some experience the models should improve substantially. I am sure, he will take your remarks seriously and build upon them. The more details you provide for improvement, the easier they are to incorporate.

I have printed the model, reprinted hazard lights in orange color and glued everything with acetone. For some reason the Sunlu PLA Matte filament does not glue with acetone to itself. luckily, it does when glued with yellow Colorfil PLA, so with the exception of the cockpit, everything holds and works in terms of movable parts. I only had to reprint axles with bigger diameter and a couple of bolts, but have already mentioned that in my initial comment. Once again thank you for the nice model.

I should have read this comments before I printed 2 of them out and just now trying to assemble. like others have said, the designer could have made things so much easier after putting his own model together. this one ended up being barely functional and will be missing a few pieces. over all I will wait to print other models from this designer unless they are updated

There is something a bit wrong about axles - they are a bit narrow in diameter, so I am going to print them a bit larger. Hazard lights should be orange, right? And there is some mismatch on number of bolts - I seem to be 2 short of wider ones and plus 2 on the narrow ones, but I had to use them this way. Other than that, great model - still in progress on my side, but big thank you. What glue are you using - Superglue?
