Description
A simple guitar string winder. Requires no glue or hardware.
I made some other 3d printed string winders and didn't love them, so I designed my own.
Choose one of the three knurl type handles and go to town.

The tool is nice but I had to tune the size of parts to be able to assemble them together.

had to edit the file a bit to make 2 of the grips to work. but great design. glued together well

I lost my original one I bought from the store, luckily I used this to resting my guitar and it saved me time. Solid little tool.

The handle broke apart when I tried to assemble it, the fit was too tight

Sorry to hear that. Probably can print with the "female" part 1 or 2% scaled up to resolve

I like the thicker knurling variation the best. Wondering if the design can be improved by incorporating a ball bearing in some way....
