just ipened my brand new P1S and started the set up. this is my 3rd pronter, the other 2 went fine when Iowered it up, the display said wait 2 min. I waited 10 min andd nothing happened nor could i click on anything on the screen. i power cycled, 1 fan motor starts for a sec the motor sounds like it want to tirn (to raise the bed) then nothing and the screen doesntt display anything . blank screen (not off, just blank) i unplugged turned over and i can freely turn the motor and belt below and the bed start to rose when i manually do this. i read somewhere about a reset button but i dont know where to find it. Any thoughts before i return this unit for an exchange? Thank you!
