Very tight the first time, had to really try to remove the battery again. Still very tight after that but it gets better. Probably the right fit to ensure the battery will still be hold securely after some wear in period. If you'd cut off one of the corners (furthest from the connectors) you'd be able to push the battery out for the first few mm, instead of pulling. Because pulling can be quite difficult with slippery or weak fingers. Will try that in the next few days and add a new profile if it works.

Other Issues:I am not sure if it is related to the filament but apprently it is too tight. I can fit the battery in but it is impossible to take it out. I eventually have to cut the print to take out the battery, and luckily, without damaging it. I would recommend to scale it up a bit just to be safe. I am using bambu lab pla silk.

Thanks for the feedback! I double-checked the dimensions — everything fits perfectly on my end with an original Fujifilm battery. The tight fit could be due to the filament (Bambu Lab PLA Silk tends to print slightly tighter), printer calibration, or even a swollen battery. Are you using a genuine Fujifilm battery? Slightly increasing the scale by 1–2% is a good workaround. Also, calibrating your flow rate might help with tight tolerances. Thanks again for testing it!
