Description

Update

Added retention tabs to the model and added a TPU print profile. This allows spring fit retention of the PKE.

Original

In light of many in the Ghostbusters community seemingly treating the recent HasLab "Two in the Box" release as a potential cash-grab, I opted to find cheap, easy and free solutions for the community.

This is a wall mount I threw together for the "Two in the Box" PKE meter. I originally set out to produce a simple mount to hang the PKE meter stand on the wall, but all variations of that design did not look good at all. This is a simple two screw mount that uses gravity and a slight angle to retain the meter. I tried and tried and tried to make a "snap-in" retention system work with this but I am no CAD expert and I just wanted something that works. It is important to note that I recessed the mounting screws approximately 10mm into the surface of the part. The length of the screw from countersink to the back of the part is 7.75mm - determine your hardware accordingly. As before, I will be hanging this on my wall in the next few days and I will add pictures at that point. I may also add some filler caps to cover the holes in the mount.

No supports required if printed on its backside. I printed at 15% infill because the PKE is so light compared to the trap, however, use your best judgement.

I am open to respectful criticism and am willing to make modifications to this depending on the needs of the community.

There's something brewing under the street. I'm getting 1118 on the PKE!
