Description

Who doesn't love a good ravioli?

This one is a quick and simple print.  Tried and tested many times over.  I use PET-G for the print since I found PLA to be too brittle for the rolling step.

Making ravioli is easy!  Roll out a sheet of pasta using your pasta maker, place the sheet over the printed model, fill it with your favourite filling (homemade ricotta is delicious and very simple to make), place another sheet on top and use your heavy dough roller to roll over it until the raviolis are cut.  Flip over and place them on a well floured surface.  Let dry for an afternoon before cooking.  They also store well in the freezer.  See the images for a step by step visual guide.

Enjoy!

Thank you so much for the template, it's amazing and very helpful! Here's the recipe: Dough • 300 g wheat flour • 3 eggs • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, but helps) Filling • Shredded beef • Heavy cream

Printed great, worked great. The only issue is that because of the nature of 3D printing it wasn’t perfectly straight and flat, so you had to roll the rolling pin over it in different directions, but it’s not a big deal. We did an egg wash around the edge and not a single one burst open. We did go around and squeeze the edges after cutting to be safe. (Foraged mushroom ravioli with Macrolepiota clelandii and lepista nuda)

It worked great, but I did it the other way around: dough, then lightly pressed, filling, then dough over it and stamped out
