Description

I wanted a bracket that could use 1-5/8" (inch and five eights.) wood poles commonly used for closets here in USA so I made one myself.

I used Bambu Lab PLA HF for the pictured brackets

One is very simple but it's still strong, takes less time to print, and uses relatively low amount of material.

The other is more aesthetically pleasing but takes more time and uses slightly more filament.

The holes/cutouts for the poles are 32.8mm diameter which makes for a snug fit, both brackets are the exact same dimensions
just with different internal style.

I purchased poles from HomeDepot to use between the brackets but you can likely find them at any hardware stores that sell wooden closet poles. They are both pretty strong and hold up quite well, although I would say the Honeycomb one is definitely stronger…
All settings are the same as what I printed and show in the pictures, they are pretty strong without being 100% solid but if you want extra strength feel free to change those settings or use other Filaments such as ABS, ASA, PETG, or any CF reinforced filament too.
