Summary

The gear shifting on our Van Raam Fun2Go Side-by-Side Tandem is a bit too stiff for my wife. I did find a shift aid from the manufacturer, but it was far too expensive for me. So I designed my own. It's not as elegant, but it works just as well. Whether it fits all Van-Raam bikes or perhaps even many other bicycles, I unfortunately don't know.

I printed it in PETG with a layer thickness of 0.2mm and 50% infill. PLA is probably not as mechanically suitable for this part. To secure it, you need an M4x25 screw, a small washer and an M4 nut (I used a self-locking one).

If you like this object, please give it a like. And if it really helps you, I would be very happy about a small donation.

A truly splendid recreation I have recreated the model in FreeCad, refining its form for a smoother, more rounded aesthetic Particularly with trikes, such a lever significantly enhances the usability of GripShift shifters
