Accessories for Loisirs Creations RC - Manx TT 1/8

I designed accessories for the Manx TT 1/8 made by my friend at Loisirs Creations RC (loisirscreations2009 on ebay).

This includes

• Rims - they have been designed in two parts (ring requires 5 M3x12 screws for the fixation for each wheel, so 20 M3x12 screws in total) and they are designed to work with Loisirs Creations RC tires. They are supposed to be printed without supports, and there is a sacrificial layer at the center to make bridge in the bearing roll cage. Please drill diameter 8 for the center of the rim. Print in PLA, PETG, ABS or Nylon. Mine were printed in PLA, and the joint belt tend to slip when hot.
• Dashboard - designed with Multicolor print in mind. PLA Black, White and Red. Relies on the same holes for fixation than the windshield
• led buckets for front and rear. They are each relying on 3 parts (and a washer for front ones to adapt to the bonnet profil for a proper fixation - the washer goes under the bonnet, between the bonnet and the screw head). The print relies on 2 plate. First plate is for transparent/transluscent material, second is for black or silver material.
  • Front light bucket each requires a M3 nut inside the optic, 2 M2x10 screws to close the element around the optic, and a M3x16 screw to fix the light bucket to the bonnet. (total for front 2 M3 nut, 2 M3x16 screws, and 4 M2x10 screws)
  • Rear light buckets requires each 2 M2x8 screws (total for rear is 4 M3x8 screws)
  • use the drilling template to center place the holes for rear light buckets fixation), front one only requires one hole so no drilling template is provided
• Roll bar. it comes with a drilling template, and it is suggested to print in flexible material (TPU shore 95A). Requires 4 M3x8 or M3x10 screws and 2 M3 nuts.
