DX Racer chair wheel repair

After some years the rubber rings of the wheels on my DX-Racer office chair disintegrated. This model allows to replace them without replacing the entire wheels (or the chair).

Print with TPU 95A and use as many walls to cause the model to be printed solid. 100% infill may work too, but for stability reasons I suggest to use more walls instead.

Supports aren't needed. The print will likely have some strings in the upper edge when printing without support, but it's little enough to make it still work and it won't be visible later on as it's on the inner side of the wheel. Just remove them.

Remove all the bits and pieces from the broken original wheel and put these on.

Not sure how long they will last, but I've been using them for a month now and they're good as new still.
