I had to print these three times before it worked correctly. The PLA support never worked, it created a weak point just below the hook and the model would snap just below the hook. When I changed it to print only in PETG it worked great!

I wasn’t sure if the newer version fit only the two models listed or if they were universal for all Dewalt 20v single battery chargers? Once I switched the model to print only PETG and removed the PLA , they worked out great!

how can we keep the bottom of the charger from coming up?

there’s no real way since there isnt screw holes for the bottom… it would take a very elaborate and complexe design to male the bottom clip in a bracket…
