Description

Hi everyone,

I love watching 3D objects are being printed. I would like to keep timelapse video for the work I printed. Unfortunately, the camera comes with Bambu Lab A1 does not have the angle adjustment and the quality is not ideal . I decided to deploy my old DSL camera, which has been collecting dust for many years, to its new role as timelapse camera. This mount fits the Nikon infrared shutter ML-L3 (60mm long x 28mm wide x 6.5mm thick) perfectly. The side screw on the mount will help to secure the remote from rocking when the shutter button is “pressed” by the pin sticks on the printing head mechanism. I modelled this mount to have the infrared lens of the remote flush to the print head assembly. This way, the light beam from the remote can reach your camera even when it's placed to the right hand side of your printer. I printed all three parts with PLA+ and the dimension fits perfectly. When you print the housing, make sure the tree supports do not touch the threads. The orientation in the 3mf file is how I printed mine. Hope you like it and enjoy timelapse videos of your work. Cheers!!
