Explore the iconic Mount Hood with this precise 3D topographical model.

Measuring 100x100x33 mm and scaled at approximately 1:85,000, this model offers a detailed representation of one of Oregon's most famous peaks.

Printed with a 0.2 mm nozzle at a 0.06 mm layer height for exceptional detail and quality, using Bambu Labs Matte Grey filament. This model is perfect for display or as a unique gift for mountain enthusiasts.

0.2mm nozzle, 0.06mm layer, 3 walls, 20% infill

Turned out great! Made the original size (100mm), along with several that were scaled to 50mm which make for a fun color swatch. Colors used (all Bambu PLA filaments): Matte Charcoal, Matte Dark Chocolate, Matte Ash Gray, Copper Brown Metallic, Matte Bone, and Silk Dual Blue/Red. The matching frame was sized so perfectly to the mountain print, that it has an incredibly satisfying "air piston" fit when you insert it. Printed the original size at 0.12mm Fine preset using a 0.4mm nozzle in Bambu Studio. Also printed the matching Frame with the same settings, but set ironing on the Top Surface (Concentric, 30mm/s, 25%) to make the face of the frame a bit smoother. Would love to see more models of the Cascades. Cheers!

This was a very niche print idea that I randomly had, but to my surprise there was a modle for what I was looking for. This was a super high quality an detailed modle. Anyone looking to print Mt. Hood should definitely use this one. Beutiful print! (I printed this at 0.06mm layers and it came out perfect)
