Hi,
This is my clipboard for the Kniffel/Yahtzee score card. The size of the clipboard is approximately 178mm x 119mm. The Kniffel-Extreme score card also fits. The clip holds from 1 sheet up to approximately 20 sheets firmly (PLA)
The pen holder is removable so the clipboard can be stored more easily
I achieved the best results regarding dimensions with various PLA types (print profile PLA). I also created a print profile for a clip made from PETG. However, an adjustment of the hole width may be necessary here. My tests showed different results depending on the PETG's manufacturer. For this profile, PETG from Sunlu and Creality worked. With Bambu Basic PETG, I had massive problems and had to further increase the hole size (0.1 - 0.15mm)
For the board, I added warping pads to prevent warping. This was the case for me with smooth plates. These can be easily removed with a utility knife.
If you don't have this problem, you can simply delete the pads in the slicer
