Description

Starting from the SMD LED strip clips made of silicone, I have designed these clips for COB LED strips.

I recommend printing with transparent or translucent filament (PLA, PETG, TPU already tested) so that the light has less obstruction and is more hidden.

Also be careful with screwing. It is not necessary to be tight as much as possible, they could open the layers.

I use many of these almost daily and with 0.28mm they don't usually break but if they consider that they have to modify the layers... GO!

There are 2 models for each LED strip width: Normal and STRONG.

Some COB strip models have the highest silicone, for them there is XL version.

Remember: Having such a small surface you need to be careful with adhesion to the hot bed.

If you need clips for non-COB strips, such as IP20/30, IP65 or IP68, we have separate designs and different sizes:

For IP20/30 and IP65 strip

For IP65 strip

For IP68 strip

These worked out really well for some under cabinet cob LEDs I just put in to replace our aging halogen fixtures. I only ended up using a handful of these but they worked out great. Printed in translucent PETG so it wasn't completely transparent but it did well enough! Careful tightening the fasters in, however. I used M3 screws for the 8mm profile and ended up splitting some of the pieces if I tightened too much. I would suggest drilling a pilot hole and then hand tightening. Anyways, great design! Thanks!

Printed in clear PLA and they look good on the light strip and don't affect the light much.
