Jig-Saw Maze Multi Puzzle
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is without doub one of the most hardest things I have ever tried to design, the initial concept makes it sound easy, It's a Jig-Saw that transforms into a Maze when completed, so it's 2 puzzles in one hence the title Multi Puzzle.
Getting there was another matter, there are free Jig-Saw and Maze Generators online, but they only provide files in SVG Format, there was no way you can make this work with SVG Files so in the end they had to be converted into dxf files, to cut a long story short, in the design software once you have the 2 dxf files you extrude the Jig-Saw Piece downwards to -2 and then extrude the Maze part upwards and make a component out of the 2 extrusions, this is a 25 piece Jig-Saw so it took a while, I got there in the end as they say.
As with everything there are Caveats to this puzzle, when printed there are a number of tiny pieces on the maze which were always going to snap off at some point, but it doesn't affect the functionality of the Maze.
There you have it, you solve one puzzle to create another puzzle to solve, the Jig-Saw Maze Multi Puzzle.
I added a tray to assemble the Jig-Saw and in turn it makes it easier to when playing the Maze game.
You will need a 6.3mm or ¼ Ball Bearing for the Maze game and that's it.
