Filament port 35 degrees
Print Profile(1)

Description
I created this as a filament outlet for my eSUN Ebox Lite filament dryer. The dryer only had an outlet on the front and I needed one from the back where I route the ptfe tube to a y-splitter on the back of my P1S.
It is made to sit at a 35 degree angle to a curved lid (2mm thick) with a radius of 106,5.
The washers are labeled so you know which one goes on the outside and which one goes on the inside (can be hard to see otherwise).
Remix
I have included a step file if you wish to use cad to change the radius of the washers or change the angle etc.
This can also easily be achieved with bambu studio and mesh boolean.
If you would like me to make one for a different angle or radius just let me know.
The only thing you need is the PC4-M10 pneumatic fitting.
I have used a ISO metric pipe thread which was the closest match I could find. It is a bit tight but works.
Installment:
You need to drill a 10mm hole at your preferred location in the lid and at about the correct angle.
The PTFE tube is a tight fit so it is easiest to push it through the outside nut so it sticks out aroud 18mm, then thread on the screw from the inside.
Because it is a tight fit you could even use this without the PC4-M10 fitting if you like.
