Harry Potter Magical & Mystical Crystall Ball Lamp

Own your own magical and mystical Harry Potter crystall ball to see the past, present and future. This crystal ball will greatly enhance your Wizadry skills. The map stand turns the crystal ball into a beautiful glowing lamp.

Bases:

The Crystal Ball:

The crystal ball is hollow and the sphere is only 1mm thick. I experimented with different types of support, etc. and the support is hand painted into the profiles. Please do not change the profile or support type. Let the ball cool before attempting to remove the support. Carefully pry it loose from the base of the crystal ball. If you do not let it cool or are too aggressive at removing it you might break the bottom off of your crystal ball. There is also an option to print your crystal ball with 2mm thick walls (two additional profiles).

The Light Source:

The lamp stand that holds your crystall ball can use either the Bambu Lab LED Kit 001, or you can buy the same module from Aliexpress for about one-third the price. Here is a link to buy the led lamp modules with switch from Aliexpress:

Installing the lamp module:

After carefully removing the support from the bottom of the lamp stand, trim away any excess filament that might be on the edge of the botton hole where the lamp is inserted. Pay attention to the cord and make sure it is lined up with the recess for it on the bottom of the base. Gently insert the lamp module into the base and press it until it is seated inside the base. If correctly done, the module is just above the bottom of the lamp and the light source is against the positioning ring inside the base. See photos below for proper installation.
