is it possible for you to design a more rugged one which is suitable for petg prints? My petg printed one got loose overtime and now I am loosing them almost every night. Thank you!!

Rounded the sharp (90°) corners for a better feel against the skin. 2 Clip print (easy enough to remove one if you only want one clip). Settings:- 0.08mm layer height (to feel better on the skin) - 15% infill - Ironed top surface - No supports - Bambu Lab PLA Basic  - Print time 33m 45s on P1S at 100% speed Modified the original design to soften the edges or sharp 90-degree corners at the bottom of the clip, everything else is the same.

Clips to hold my CPAP mask straps in place.
