Description

This is a remix of the printable case downloadable on the Roll Limitless Mini website.

I added more support structures in the base on the USB A side stop the PCB from flopping up/down. Also added a support structure in the lid to prevent wobbling.

There are two print profiles. First parts are scaled at 100%, the other scales the base down to allow the top to fit snugly and hold it all together.

Included the STLs of my redux version along with the original.

I love the snugness of the snug version but is there a way to modify the model where the top and bottom snap together so it doesn’t fall apart during use?

It would have to be changed in a CAD program to add a grove to the body and a tab in the lid. I'm not really good with using CAD to that extent.

I was able to load the original file from the website into fusion and added some tabs to the lid to keep it on. Also cleaned up some of the clearances as they were a little too loose. The new version is a very snug fit and the tabs keep everything aligned and nice and snug. I can shoot you the .stl files if ya like.
